Are you a medical message therapist?

I do the work of a medical message therapist and will follow your doctor's recommendations. There is no additional charge for a medical massage. However, I do not bill insurance, fill out insurance forms, or keep notes.

No, I do not bill insurance, fill out insurance forms, or keep notes. I do provide a receipt upon payment.

Do you have a fax number?

No, I do not have a fax number.

My doctor has a written referral, how may I send it to you?

I am grateful for any referrals for a medical massage. However, I do not require a written or faxed referral from your doctor. Simply tell me any instructions your doctor has for me before our session.

Should I cancel if I have a cold?

Please use your judgement and feel free to text or call me about your particular concerns (541-564-9202). If you have the common cold or flu, evaluate whether it is safe for you to drive or if you have a fever. If you are in the acute stages of a contagious illness, please consider staying home and canceling your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Whenever possible, please provide at least 24 hour notice for a cancelled or rescheduled appointment. Providing more that 24 hours is welcome as it will help me fill the vacancy.
